I am a scientist by training and an artist at heart. Understanding science has amplified my wonder at the beauty of living things and this, in turn, informs my art. Artistry and imagination intertwine with my passion for living things to create images that will astonish you and change the way you look at the natural world.

My current project revolves around the architecture of trees. My work isn’t easy to categorize because I use photography and computer graphics to cultivate the viewer’s appreciation for trees from an Aesthetic, an Evolutionary and an Environmental perspective. My tree images have scope and depth that require space.
