Click My Account to check your order status. You can also access your account by clicking the My Account link located at the bottom of this page.
Click My Account / Order Status link to view open orders. Then click the Change quantities / cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Once we’ve started on your order or it has shipped, no changes can be made.
Click My Account, log in and select Review orders / track packages. You can also find this link located at the bottom of this page.
Well, that’s not right. Let’s get to the bottom of that. Please click My Account / Order Status and log in to track your order.
- Confirm ALL items in your order have shipped.
- Check that each item is marked DELIVERED by the shipper.
- If they are marked DELIVERED, contact the shipper.
- If the shipper can’t help you, call us at 512.243.7211 for assistance.
